Classic Mat
Joseph's classic mat routine sometimes enhanced with small equipment such as magic circles and thera-bands. Contrology will develop your core, help correct imbalances, and awaken the mind.

Cadillac
This group class utlizes Joe's Cadillac (a.k.a. trapeze table). You will use resistance, stability, and lengthening concepts to further your Pilates experience.

Beginner Reformer
Basic reformer concepts that will focus on core stability and use of breathe to facilitate power from the core. Learn to exercise with flow and rhythm.

Intermediate Reformer
Intermediate reformer concepts that will build deeper core connection. This class has an increased level of coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility.

Advanced Reformer
Advanced reformer is for the experienced student who has mastered intermediate material. Excercises will incorporate high levels of balance, control and awareness.

Reform Your Form
Everyone should take this class! This class is formulated for anyone that wants to enhance their Pilates form. Learning to execute each movement with precision and balance will maximize your workouts in all sessions. This class is open to all levels and we encourage you to challenge your core!

Reform Your Body
A reformer class developed by the Jump Board which produces more respiration to keep up your heart rate. This constant flowing class will burn calories for weight loss and contour your body with muscle.

Equipment Class Policy (excludes mat)
You are required to be familiar with the equipment, terminology, and basic movement. All participants must have at least 10 private sessions at Harcore Pilates so we can become familiar with your body. With instructor approval you may join equipment classes.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Please tell us in advance if you cannot attend class, otherwise you will be charged for the session.

Upgrade Policy
If you are the only person to sign up for the class, you have the option to upgrade to a private mat or equipment session. You will be charged a nominal discounted fee.
